Tia Upshaw’s Vision Board Experiences are guided, high-impact sessions designed to help people get clear on who they are, where they are going, and what they need to do next. These sessions are rooted in mindset, confidence, goal-setting, and real life strategy, not glue sticks and magazines.

They are built for individuals and groups who are ready to stop drifting and start moving with purpose.

What This Experience Does

These sessions are especially powerful for groups experiencing low confidence, transition, or uncertainty about their next chapter.

• Youth and young adults (15–24)

• Emerging professionals (25–35)

• Women’s groups and leadership programs

Tia customizes each session based on age, background, and the goals of the group.

How It Works

Each session includes:

• Guided mindset and identity work

• Vision, goal, and future-mapping

• Facilitated discussion and reflection

• Creation of a personal vision board

• Clear take-home action steps

Group sizes are typically capped at 25 to ensure every participant receives meaningful support and engagement.

Vision Board Experience Fees

All Vision Board Experiences include facilitation, customization, and guided programming.

Vision Board Experience (includes materials)

Up to 25 participants

• Half Day (2–3 hours): $1,250 + HST
Includes vision board supplies, facilitation, group discussion, and action planning

• Full Experience (3–4 hours): $1,750 + HST
Includes deeper mindset work, group coaching, full vision board creation, and future mapping

Additional participants over 25: $35 per person

Travel outside HRM billed separately if required.

Vision Board Experiences are available for:

• Schools

• Community organizations

• Non-profits

• Corporate teams

• Conferences and special events

Because materials, facilitation, and customization are included, sessions are priced as a premium experience.
